Regulation of relationships between Guards and Security Institutes

The provisions just discussed in Article 45 of the Law of December 21, 1890, have undergone several changes over the years, particularly during the period between the two world wars. They remain fundamental to regulating the relationship between security guards and Italian private security firms, which, like Vigilpol in Sassari, operate in full compliance with specific decrees and regulations.
