Integrated quality, environment and safety policy
Vigilpol Institute considers Quality, Environment, and Safety to be key elements of its strategy and promotes their commitment at all levels of the organization. Aware of its leadership role, it disseminates and supports the commitment to meeting the requirements of the Quality and Safety Management System and to continuously improving its effectiveness, and it instills the importance of knowledge management throughout the organization. To this end, a Management System has been established that is compliant with the relevant standards. ISO 9001 and EN ISO 45001:2018 Staff are therefore required to comply, in carrying out all their activities, with what is described in the manuals, procedures and any document describing the criteria to be applied.
Vigilpol Institute considers compliance with all health and safety legislation a fundamental objective of its management. The implementation of a Quality and Safety Management System aims to implement the requirements specified by the regulations. In this context, the Board of Directors intends to strive for continuous improvement, involving its staff in their responsibilities. Therefore, Management is committed to taking an active role in promoting and guiding all activities affecting the health and safety of its workers, through disseminating the concepts outlined herein at all levels and verifying the results achieved.
Vigilpol is aware of its role in the safety of businesses and citizens, and that this task requires tools and methodologies, but above all, that their use requires careful, coordinated behaviors appropriate to changing realities and circumstances over time. Therefore, it expresses a continuous and absolute commitment to these duties, based on criteria of responsibility and reliability in its work.
The starting point for the implementation of these policies was identified in the pursuit of the following objectives:
Introduce and implement management systems and programs for environmental protection and safety tailored to the actual needs of the services provided.
Constantly monitor the system's level of compliance with relevant standards and laws and strive to continually improve it.
Improve environmental performance and attention to processes and manufacturing residues.
Reduce all forms of environmental impact (waste production, atmospheric emissions, water management)
Optimize the use of energy resources, avoiding waste, and using the best available technologies
Focus on low-impact energy sources
Implement adequate tools to prevent accidents or events that could harm the environment or the health of its employees.
Reduce the danger of your activities and improve the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Plan performance objectives for operational activities, innovation and improvement of Quality, Environment and Worker Health and Safety.
Express objectives quantitatively whenever possible.
Plan actions to achieve your improvement and innovation objectives for Quality, Environment, and Safety.
Promote and implement staff training/education programs at all levels to optimize the growth process of human resources, considered critical to the Cooperative's development in the years to come.
Communicate externally all the activities the company supports in the field of environmental protection and worker health and safety.
Respect the contract and pay particular attention to user satisfaction.
To implement its Quality and Safety Management System, Vigilpol has undertaken a challenging process, both in terms of human and financial resources, during which it has discussed and shared aspects and issues specific to security firms with a fresh and collaborative spirit. This commitment to providing adequate resources and resources to achieve its objectives is evident. The leadership's ongoing commitment to corporate improvement also provides an opportunity to declare that Vigilpol is among those companies that evaluate and implement the best solutions to mitigate the risks associated with security firm activities, assessing the provision of services, office activities, and maintenance activities for its own facilities and equipment.
We believe that Management System tools provide the guiding principles to increase awareness among all company members and create the cultural environment essential to give this issue the importance it has today for our Supervisory Institute. The Institute, trusting in everyone's collaboration, believes that its system, based on standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 represent the foundations on which to embark on the path towards continuous improvement of the organization.
As a means of continuous improvement, Vigilpol is committed to continually reviewing its operations, seeking to refine its management system through periodic reviews, basing its decisions on systematic data collection and timely analysis.
In order to promote the dissemination and understanding of the Policy, the Board of Directors meets with the heads of department to raise awareness of the role of the individual in the organization.
